FREEZE DRIED FOOD
FRUITS. VEGGIES. ICE CREAM. CANDY. PET TREATS
We Freeze-Dry by using a process called lyophilization which brings the product to sub-zero temperatures, and then a high-pressure vacuum extracts the water vapor. The vapor then collects on a condenser, turns back into ice, and is removed. Finally, a gradual temperature rise extracts all remaining moisture from the product. This process retains the physical structure of the food product.

Freeze-drying food does not allow damage to the physical structure. Freeze-dried foods don’t need to be refrigerated or preserved with chemicals.

Taste and appearance: Freeze-dried products taste and look like fresh products. Freeze drying does not shrink or harden the food.
Shelf life: freeze-dried products have a very long shelf life. When the product is properly stored, food can last up to 25 years.
Nutrition values: Freeze-dried products retain 97% of their nutrients.
